🌐 Regulations and Policies – Synthetic Souls Studio

1. Introduction and Mission

Synthetic Souls Studio is a space created by Darkar Sinoe – a director of emotions, not advertisements. Our service serves as a digital atelier where the light of algorithms transforms into a story. Each realization is an individual narrative, designed with respect for aesthetics, the client's goals, and the spirit of artificial intelligence. This document outlines the rules for using the service and contains a complete set of legally required information, in accordance with GDPR, the Consumer Rights Act, and best practices of GenAI creators.

2. Definitions

  • Client / User – any natural person, company, or organization placing an order or using the content of the service.
  • Digital content – any product (film, image, text, sound) generated by Synthetic Souls Studio using artificial intelligence.

  • Order – an individual agreement concluded between the client and the Studio for the creation of digital content.

  • Contract for work – the legal nature of most realizations (art. 627 and following of the Civil Code).

 

3. Scope of Services

  • Production of advertising and narrative films using GenAI (SkyReels, KlingAI, MidJourney, Suno, ElevenLabs, etc.).

  • Personalized trailers, music videos, micro-narratives.

  • Custom digital storytelling.

  • Experimental projects and artistic manifestos.

Services are provided in an individualized model, with full commitment to the client's brand idea.

 

4. Order Process

  • The client submits an inquiry via a form or email.

  • The Studio presents a brief and a quote.

  • Upon acceptance, the following occurs:

    • issuance of a pro forma invoice,

    • sending details for transfer or online payment.

  • Work begins after receiving 80% prepayment.

  • After the project is completed, the client receives:

    • downloadable files,

    • an option for feedback consultation,

    • issuance of a final invoice for the remaining 20%.

 

5. Payment Terms

  • Currencies: PLN, EUR, USD.

  • Forms: bank transfer, fast transfer (Przelewy24, PayNow), BLIK.

  • Or to the account number indicated in the Proforma Invoice, advance invoice, or email.

  • The Studio reserves the right to withhold access to files until payment is settled.

 

6. Licenses and Copyrights

Content created by Synthetic Souls Studio is:

  • covered by a non-exclusive license for the client (unless otherwise agreed),

  • protected by copyright,

  • not subject to resale or sublicensing without written consent,

  • may be presented in the Studio's portfolio (unless otherwise agreed).

The client has the right to use the content within their commercial or artistic activities in accordance with the scope of the agreed contract.

 

7. Refund Policy

According to Article 38 point 13 of the Consumer Rights Act:

"the right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, if the performance has begun with the consumer's express consent."

Refunds are only possible in cases of:

  • cancellation of the order BEFORE the start of execution,

  • double payment or system error.

 

8. Complaints

Complaints are accepted:

  • by email at: info@syntheticsouls.studio

  • with a response time of up to 7 working days,

  • with proper documentation (screenshots, description, file/stage).

The Studio reserves the right to refuse a complaint if the project was accepted and downloaded by the client without reported objections within 72 hours.

 

9. GDPR

The data controller is Synthetic Souls Studio. Data is processed:

  • for the purpose of fulfilling the order,

  • for archival and tax purposes (in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) and (c) of GDPR),

  • for a period not exceeding that required by law (5 years).

You have the right to:

  • access your data,

  • request its deletion,

  • lodge a complaint with the PUODO.

Data is not transferred to third countries outside the EEA (except for tools certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, e.g., Google, Meta).

 

10. Cookies and Analytics

The site uses cookies for:

  • personalization,

  • traffic analysis,

  • measuring campaign effectiveness (Google Analytics, YouTube, Facebook Pixel).

Users can manage cookies through browser settings.

 

11. Final Provisions

  • This document constitutes an integral part of using the service,

  • Synthetic Souls Studio reserves the right to update it,

  • The user accepts the terms by using the site and/or placing an order.
